Two free badges during the beta. Each one shows the date of the check and links to your public report, so anyone can see the evidence behind it.

1Find your report

Carbon gradeShows your page's grade and the date of the check. Goes out of date 180 days after the check.

HostingSays “Listed as green” only when The Green Web Foundation lists your host. Goes out of date after 90 days.

LightDark

Pick whichever reads best on your site's background. The light badge uses the official green logo; the dark one uses the white logo.

Find your report in step 1 to get your code.

The carbon badge shows an estimate for one page, not a certificate for your whole organisation.
The hosting badge reflects The Green Web Foundation's listing for your host on the date shown.
Badges update when you check your website again, and say “Out of date” when the check gets old.
Please don't edit or recreate the badge image, or use it to suggest certification.

Paid membership isn't available during the beta. Existing members can log in to manage theirs.
